We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.What do we needA skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Barossa Park LodgeAbout the roleThe Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and on-going coordination of the Leisure & Lifestyle program including:Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate various activitiesProvide a program which is flexible and able to respond to changing requirements Assist with the development and review of care plansEncourage consumer participation in social and physical activitiesProvide support & education to the Leisure & Lifestyle TeamWhat you bring to the roleCert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or willing to undertake qualificationRelevant experienceExcellent leadership / supervisory skills with the ability to lead a small teamHigh level planning and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to and interact with the elderly as well as staff at all levels within the organisation.A desire to create a positive experience for our consumersThe ability to develop and mange a program providing meaningful activities and support for 136 residents.
