We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.What we needA highly motivated Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant to join our friendly team!This position is Full-Time with the opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle if not already qualified. What will you do?Your role will be to support our Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator in providing an engaging person-centred leisure and lifestyle program.More specifically, your key duties will include:participate and assist in the development of various activities that take into consideration the residents social needs and care planencourage and motivate residents and family to participate in the activities programregularly evaluate activities and individual care plans in relation to the residents’ social needs. What you bring to the roleCertificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or equivalent) or desire to complete qualification as a Trainee.
