About the position
We are seeking one (1) Non-Executive Director.
The position requires attendance at and contribution to OneCare Board Meetings as well as appointment to a Board Committee/s as determined by the Board Chair. The role of the Non-Executive Director is to work with fellow Directors and the CEO to bring an impartial and objective perspective to the governance structure of the organisation.

What you bring to the role:
The successful applicant will be expected to have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- An Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) qualification (or equivalent) and/or experience working within a Governing Body.
- A current NDIS Endorsed Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- A National Police Check.
- Director Identification Number.
The successful applicant will possess skills and/or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Contemporary aged care industry experience
- Relevant financial/ accounting knowledge and expertise.
- Experience in project management of large capital works programs or IT projects.
- Contemporary relevant strategy and leadership expertise in regulated organisations.
- An effective and respectful team member who demonstrates empathy but has the capacity to question and challenge, with sound communication skills.
